About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Lyrics IQ website and to every order you place with Lyrics IQ ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping and Delivery policy, our Return Policy, our Refund and Dispute Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
The product
Lyrics IQ: Dancehall Edition is a physical trivia card game with 108 cards and an instruction sheet, for 2 or more players aged 16+. Product images are for illustration. The packaging and card designs may differ slightly from what is shown.
Prices and shipping charges
- All product prices are displayed in the applicable currency. Prices on this site are in US dollars (USD).
- Shipping charges are calculated and shown before payment. The total you see on the review page is the total you pay.
- Your bank or card issuer may charge its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. Those fees are not set or collected by Lyrics IQ.
Payment and order confirmation
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Lyrics IQ never sees or stores your full card details.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through Stripe. If payment fails, is cancelled, or times out, no order is placed and nothing is charged.
- Once payment succeeds, you'll get a confirmation email with your order number.
- Stock is limited and quantities per order may be capped. If we can't fulfil a paid order, for example because of a stock error, we'll contact you and refund the full amount.
Your delivery information
You must provide accurate and complete delivery information, including your name, address, and a contact number the delivery provider can reach. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. See Shipping and Delivery.
Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting customer support with your order number. We'll cancel it and refund the full amount paid.
- Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, and our Return Policy and Refund and Dispute Policy apply.
Changes to prices, promotions, and availability
Lyrics IQ reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, and product availability at any time. These changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Promotions apply only for the period and under the conditions stated with them, and cannot be combined unless we say so.
Independent product
Lyrics IQ is an independent trivia game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, producer, label, or sound system named or referenced in the game. The Lyrics IQ name, logo, card designs, and site content belong to Lyrics IQ and may not be copied or resold without permission.
Using this website
Please don't misuse the site, for example by attempting to interfere with checkout, place fraudulent orders, or access other customers' order information. We may cancel and refund orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
Our responsibility to you
To the extent permitted by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
