  1. 01

    Shuffle

Shuffle the deck and choose a player to go first.

  2. 02

    Early Jugglings

Your warm-up. Three rounds, one player at a time, with a chance to steal.

  3. 03

    The Clash

Now everybody is in it. The first correct answer wins the card.

  4. 04

    Win

Cards from both stages count. First to 10 cards can be declared the winner.

Stage 1

Early Jugglings

This is your warm-up. Listen carefully — even when it isn't your turn, you might get a chance to steal.

  1. Shuffle the deck and choose a player to go first.
  2. The first player draws a card and reads the question aloud to the player on their right.
  3. That player has 15 seconds to give an answer.
  4. Correct answer: they win the card and keep it.
  5. Wrong answer: the question passes to the next player on their right, who also gets up to 15 seconds to answer.
  6. Continue clockwise until someone answers correctly or every eligible player has had one chance to answer.
  7. If nobody answers correctly, place the card in the discard pile.
  8. The player to the right of the person who drew the previous card becomes the next reader. They draw a new card and ask the player on their right.
  9. Continue until every player has been the reader three times.

That completes 3 rounds of Early Jugglings.

Winning the game

Most cards wins

Cards won during both stages count toward your total.

Quick win

The first player to collect 10 cards can be declared the winner.

Play it out

Players can choose to keep going after someone reaches 10 cards, either until the deck is finished or until the group decides to stop. In that case, the player with the most cards wins.

Tied?

If two or more players are tied at the end, settle it with one final Clash question.
