What we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number;
- Your delivery address and any delivery instructions; and
- What you ordered, what you paid, and the status of your order and payment.
We do not receive or store your card number or other full payment details. These are entered directly on Stripe's secure payment page.
How we use it
- To process your payment, prepare your order, and deliver it;
- To send your order confirmation and contact you about your order, a return, or a refund; and
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, our payment processor, receives your name, email, delivery address, phone number, and order total to take your payment. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy.
- Jamaica Post / Zip Mail receives your name, address, phone number, and delivery instructions so they can deliver your order.
- Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf to run the site and send emails.
- Authorities, where we are required to share information by law.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies only. They keep your cart and checkout details between pages and protect forms from misuse. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfil the order, handle returns, refunds, and disputes, and meet tax and accounting requirements. Checkout details saved in your browser session expire when the session ends.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting customer support. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
