Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in Jamaica only, in all 14 parishes. Shipping to other countries, including Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the wider Caribbean, isn't available yet. It's coming soon.
Delivery method and cost
- Orders are delivered by Zip Mail Door-to-Door Delivery (Jamaica Post) to the address you enter at checkout.
- Shipping is a flat $7 USD per order, anywhere on the island, however many decks you order.
- The shipping charge is calculated and shown before you pay, on the checkout and review pages.
When your order ships
We start preparing your order once payment is confirmed. You'll get a confirmation email with a link to your order page, where you can follow the status from Paid to Preparing for shipment, Shipped, and Delivered.
On delivery day
The delivery provider will call the contact number on your order before they deliver, so please use a number you'll answer. Delivery instructions, such as landmarks, gate colour, or the best time to call, help them find you.
Accurate delivery information
You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate name, address, and phone number. If your details change after you order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we may not be able to change the address. If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery details were incorrect or the recipient couldn't be reached, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Late, lost, or damaged deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived when you expect it, contact us and we'll follow up with the delivery provider. If an order can't be located or replaced, you are eligible for a full refund under our Refund and Dispute Policy. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, see our Return Policy.
